The range is deliberately narrow. Two calcium carbonates, one wax, two pigments. These are the materials a PVC extruder or a masterbatch compounder buys every single month — and they are chosen to work together in the same formulation. The filler, the lubricant that carries it, and the colour that has to disperse through both.

We are not trying to be a catalogue. There is no shortage of people who will quote you on two hundred products and know none of them properly. We would rather know five, and be able to tell you on the phone why your extruder torque is spiking on a Tuesday afternoon.

Material is despatched direct from the manufacturing plant to your works — there is no trader's stack sitting in between, which is why the material stays consistent order after order. And you deal with one person throughout: the same person who quotes you, chases the sample, and picks up the phone when a batch runs odd.

How we work

• Sample first, always. Nobody should commit to a tonne of filler on a promise. Ask for the trial batch and run it on your own machine.
• Quoted against your tonnage. Tell us the monthly requirement and the delivery point, and we come back with a landed price, freight stated separately.
• Samples inside 72 hours. Most plants across both states have the trial material in hand within two days of asking for it.
• Straight answers on specification. The figures we publish are typical values from regular production. If you need something held tighter, ask before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
• One person accountable. Farid Ramchander handles the enquiry, the quotation and the follow-up. No ticket queue.
