Activated Calcium Carbonate
Surface-treated calcium carbonate for high-load filling in rigid PVC. The stearic coating keeps it hydrophobic, so it disperses cleanly and does not choke the machine.

Natural calcite ground to 5–10 micron, at 96.5% whiteness. Bulk extender for filler masterbatch, paints, putties and EVA footwear, where cost per tonne and colour consistency decide the order.

Non-oxidised PE wax in flake or powder, 105–110 °C drop melting point. Keeps hot PVC melt off the screw and barrel, and wets out pigment so colour runs without streaks.

Alpha-modification copper phthalocyanine, stable to 260 °C with lightfastness 7–8. Strong enough in tint that low dosages carry a full masterbatch let-down.

Bright organic yellow in Pigment Yellow 12 or 14, stable to 200–220 °C. Built for PE and PP packaging masterbatch where tinting economics matter more than anything else.

What our material is running in today
Most of our volume goes to PVC pipe extruders and masterbatch compounders across the two states. If your process is not listed, ask — the odds are we already supply someone doing it.
PVC pipe & fitting extrusion
Activated calcium carbonate for filler loading, PE wax as external lubricant. The two products that decide your cost per tonne and your surface finish.
Colour & filler masterbatch
Uncoated calcium carbonate for bulk, PE wax for dispersion, Alpha Blue and Pigment Yellow for tone — the whole formulation from one supplier.

Ultra-white activated grade for profile finish, with wax dosed to hold gelation steady through high-speed extrusion.

High-grade coated filler and thermally stable wax for PVC sheathing compounds.

Before you send the enquiry
Do you supply a Certificate of Analysis?
A COA can be arranged on request. Tell us at the enquiry stage so we can raise it with the plant before despatch, and mention if your QA team needs it batch-wise.
How quickly can I get a sample?
Free samples reach most plants in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh within 72 hours. For activated calcium carbonate we also send a free 25 kg commercial trial batch, which is enough to run on the machine rather than just look at.
What is the minimum order?
It varies by product — 1 tonne for activated calcium carbonate, 5 tonnes for uncoated, 500 kg for PE wax and 100 kg for pigments. Full detail is on each product page.
How is pricing decided?
On monthly contracted tonnage. Send us your grade, quantity and delivery location and we will quote landed price against it.
Do you deliver to the plant?
Yes. Material is despatched direct from the manufacturing plant to your works, and freight is quoted upfront and shown separately from the material price. If you would rather arrange your own transport, say so and we will quote ex-plant instead.
Are the specifications guaranteed?
The figures published on this site are typical values from regular production, not a contractual specification. If you need material held to a tighter window, tell us the parameter and the tolerance and we will confirm what is achievable before you order.
