What we do with your details
Short version: we use your enquiry to send you a sample and quote you a price. We do not sell it, share it, or send you marketing you did not ask for.
What we collect
Only what the enquiry form asks for: your company name, your name, your phone number, your plant location, and — if you fill them in — the product, monthly requirement, application and any notes. We also record which page you sent the enquiry from, so we know what you were reading.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Tag Manager to run Google Analytics, and Google Ads tags when we are advertising. That is how we tell which pages bring real enquiries and which are wasting your time and ours.
Nothing is stored on your device until you answer the banner. Choose Decline and no analytics or advertising cookies are set at all — the site works exactly the same. Choose Accept and Google records which pages you looked at, roughly which city you are in, and what device and browser you used. It does not tell us your name, and we never connect it to an enquiry you send.
Google processes that data on their own terms and servers. Everything you type into the enquiry form is separate, and is handled as described above.
Why we have it
To answer you. That means confirming the grade, arranging the sample, and quoting a landed price against your monthly tonnage. Your phone number is used to reach you about your enquiry, not to add you to a list.
Where it goes
Your enquiry is recorded in a private spreadsheet that only Farid Ramchander can open. Pressing Open WhatsApp sends the same details to our WhatsApp number as a message you compose and send yourself — that part is handled by WhatsApp, under their own terms.
We do not pass your details to any other supplier, trader or agency.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are quoting or supplying you, and for three years after the last contact so we can look up what grade you ran and what we quoted. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Write to calchromaminerals@gmail.com or ring +91 72078 48448 and ask to see what we hold, correct it, or delete it. There is no form to fill in and no ticket queue — it is the same person who answers the enquiries.
