What we supply into Hyderabad
Activated Calcium Carbonate
Surface-treated calcium carbonate for high-load filling in rigid PVC. The stearic coating keeps it hydrophobic, so it disperses cleanly and does not choke the machine.
Ground Calcium Carbonate
Natural calcite ground to 5–10 micron, at 96.5% whiteness. Bulk extender for filler masterbatch, paints, putties and EVA footwear, where cost per tonne and colour consistency decide the order.
Polyethylene Wax
Non-oxidised PE wax in flake or powder, 105–110 °C drop melting point. Keeps hot PVC melt off the screw and barrel, and wets out pigment so colour runs without streaks.
Pigment Alpha Blue 15:1
Alpha-modification copper phthalocyanine, stable to 260 °C with lightfastness 7–8. Strong enough in tint that low dosages carry a full masterbatch let-down.
Organic Pigment Yellow
Bright organic yellow in Pigment Yellow 12 or 14, stable to 200–220 °C. Built for PE and PP packaging masterbatch where tinting economics matter more than anything else.
